Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, e-transfer, and other payment methods as specified at the time of booking.
Late payments may be subject to additional charges or interest.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, equipment failure, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Fantastic Refinishing offers warranties on certain refinishing services. Warranty terms vary depending on the type of service and materials used, and will be clearly communicated before the job begins.
Warranties do not cover:
Damage caused by improper use, cleaning, or maintenance
Structural or plumbing issues unrelated to the refinishing
Normal wear and tear
To make a warranty claim, please contact us directly with proof of service and details of the issue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fantastic Refinishing is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Losses resulting from your use of our website or services
Damage caused by third-party service providers or pre-existing conditions
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
